Dr. John S. Hutton is a pediatrician at Cincinnati Children's Hospital, author, and owner of the award-winning blue manatee children's bookstore and decafe' in Cincinnati, OH, and affiliate site blue manatee boxes. His clinical and research interests focus on the effects of electronic media on young children and shared reading and creative play as healthy alternatives. He is the founder of the blog BabyUnplugged.com, whose mission is to help keep children screen-free until 3, and promote healthy, developmentally-robust alternatives.
