Über die Autorin bzw. den Autor
Stanley J. St. Clair is the author of the popular phrase origin dictionary, Most Comprehensive Origins of Clichés, Proverbs and Figurative Expressions, and several other books, and the owner of St. Clair Publications, doing business around the world. He and his wife, Rhonda, live in Tennessee, USA, and have traveled extensively. ‘Stan’ has four children, one stepdaughter, seventeen grand-children and six great-grandchildren.
