Über die Autorin bzw. den Autor

For two decades, Artie Mahal successfully led mission-critical management support programs at Mars, Incorporated on Business Change and Process Management. He also played a key role in the formation of Mars University. Artie founded ASM Group, and is currently a senior consultant with BPTrends Associates, developing and delivering Business Process Management services. He has co-authored a Business Process Redesign Tools & Techniques Handbook and is a speaker at national and international professional forums.
