Cory J. Basso has been working in the highly creative world of advertising and marketing for more than twenty-five years. He has worked on award-winning campaigns for Toyota, Capital One, SONY, Heineken, and many others in the US and abroad. He is currently Group Vice President of Marketing and Advertising for one of the largest privately held retailers in the nation. After being asked why? many times over the years by his children, he decided to write a series of books to answer the many questions that kids have, and to do it in a way that mixed education and entertainment or edutainment. He currently resides in San Antonio, Texas, with his wife, Dorothy, and three highly inquisitive kids: Hudson, 12, Brandt, 10, and Anabelle, 5. Anabelle is the main character in Why? Moon.
