Armed with a computer science degree from The University of Texas and an M.B.A. from St. Edwards University, Tim Cox has developed complex computer systems for the last twenty-four years. He has created software for a spy satellite, put credit card readers in gas pumps, and created innovative systems for one of the world’s largest computer companies. He now aims to revolutionize the way we select our representatives.
