Über die Autorin bzw. den Autor

Carter McNamara, MBA, PhD, is the author of several other books, including the "Field Guide to Consulting and Organizational Development with Nonprofits". He is well-known and appreciated for his straightforward and action-oriented approach to consulting and writing. This Field Guide is the result of his learning gleaned from 25 years of successful consulting, both as an internal and external consultant, to a variety of types of organizations. The Minnesota Organization Development Network awarded him "OD Practitioner of the Year" in 2004. The University of St. Thomas in Minnesota has awarded him the "Business Excellence Award" for his volunteer work to nonprofits across the USA. He is a partner in Authenticity Consulting, LLC. Dr. McNamara holds an MBA from the University of St. Thomas and a PhD in Human and Organization Development from The Union Institute in Cincinnati, Ohio.
