Doctor Jeffrey Thurston is a Board Certified Obstetrician and Gynecologist in the private practice of medicine since 1986 at Presbyterian Hospital in Dallas, Texas with Walnut Hill Ob/ Gyn Associates. He currently serves as an Associate Clinical Professor of Ob/Gyn at University of Texas Southwestern Medical School and is actively involved in the teaching of medical students and residents.Doctor Thurston is a Cum Laude graduate of Rice University and a Magna Cum Laude graduate of Baylor College of Medicine in Houston, Texas. He is the past President of Beta Chapter of Alpha Omega Alpha Honor Medical Society (AOA). His post-graduate training was at University of California in San Francisco, where he served his internship and residency, finishing as the Administrative Chief Resident in 1986. At this writing he has delivered more than 7,000 babies. Doctor Thurston has published two other books, Death of Compassion (WRS, 1995) and 1,000 Questions About Your Pregnancy (3rd Ed., Tapestry Press, 2007) He has appeared on over 400 radio shows and as a regular women's health consultant on the Dallas ABC Affiliate, WFAA's Good Morning Texas. He lives in Dallas with his wife, and their four children.
