Über die Autorin bzw. den Autor

Peter D. Polchinski practices law in New York City. He was a homicide prosecutor for the Manhattan District Attorneys Office and National Trial Counsel for a company in asbestos litigation. He was also trial counsel for the families of the pilots in the Avianca Air Disaster case. He developed and has taught six Continuing Legal Education courses, was Chief Instructor for the Hofstra Law School Summer Trial Course, and teaches in the Manhattan District Attorneys Trial Advocacy Program. A graduate of Suffolk County Community College and Stony Brook University, he received his J.D. from Fordham University School of Law and an LL.M. in Trade Regulation from New York University School of Law.
