Jeff Shore is a contemporary expert in the area of new home sales and sales management. He proudly admits to being a "homebuilding junkie" and his passion is in bringing out the best in homebuilding professionals. His philosophy: Great Results Come from Great People!

The former National Sales Director for KBHome, Jeff is a student of the industry first and a teacher second. His leadership is far from theoretical - Jeff started his new home career as a sales representative, moved up to Vice President of Sales and Marketing for a 1,000+ unit homebuilding division, and went on to his corporate position where he wrote and delivered training programs, coached managers and directed sales strategy.

Today, the Shore Company provides strategy and training services to homebuilding companies large and small across the country. With solid experience combined with a theatre arts background, Jeff delivers training programs that have been described as "extremely powerful", "a lot of fun" and "very, very practical."

Jeff Shore resides in Auburn, California with his wife, Karen, their three children, and a neurotic Jack Russell named "Chaz".
