Review
Boyd Richardson has a comfortable, down-home style that reminds me of sitting by a fireside sharing favorite stories with family and best friends. His latest novel, Elder Harold's Revolver, is not only a good read, but it is based on actual happenings that give insight into the faith and fortitude of missionaries in the Southern States in the early days of the Church. Richardson's story has enough action to keep the male audience riveted, which is important to me because I have five sons, two stepsons, and four grandsons. --Darla Isackson
