Über die Autorin bzw. den Autor

Ray Stedman—pastor, teacher, author and well-known Bible expositor. A graduate of Dallas Theological Seminary, Ray Stedman has authored numerous books including other Joy of Living studies, Psalms of Faith and Revelation.

While still in seminary, Ray served two summers in youth ministry at the Church of the Open Door in Los Angeles, pastored by Dr. J. Vernon McGee. Immediately following graduation from seminary, Ray traveled with the well known Bible teacher, Dr. Harry A. Ironside, who for many years was pastor of Moody Bible Church in Chicago. Ray and his wife Elaine and their family then moved to Palo Alto, California, where Ray served 40 years as pastor of the Peninsula Bible Church, before retiring in 1990.

Nancy Collins is a speaker, Bible teacher and coauthor of the Joy of Living studies, Psalms of Faith and Revelation. She is also author of the Joy of Living preschool studies of Luke and Acts & 2 Timothy. A member of the Joy of Living staff she has taught the Word of God to adults and children for over 25 years.
