Jenna Bilmes, author of Beyond Behavior Management (Redleaf Press, 2004), is a mental health specialist with FACES of Crisis Nursery in Phoenix, AZ and is a consultant for the U.S. Department of Defense Dependent Schools and Sonoma State University. Tara Welker, Ph.D., is a licensed psychologist in private practice in Phoenix and has done clinical research at the New Your State Psychiatric Institute, as well as spending 2 1/2 years providing treatment and assessment services to young children at Southwest Human Development.
