What if the life you're meant to live begins the moment you walk away from the one everyone expects?
Raised in a ski resort town in the Austrian Alps, Sabine longs for more. Guided by curiosity and a restless spirit, she sets off on a shoestring journey around the world - choosing the road less travelled.
Her appetite for adventure eventually brings her to a turning point she never expected. After narrowly escaping death and enduring a lengthy recovery, she refuses to let her spirit dim, embracing whatever opportunities come her way.
At thirty-two, with no IT experience, she starts a tech company in Australia and lands the deal of a lifetime. What follows is her greatest challenge yet - one that, instead of breaking her, leads her across five continents and into some of the most joyful years of her life.
Raw, funny, and deeply human, Screw the Rules is for anyone who knows there must be more than a life played safe.
