Commando Presents: Union Jack Jackson (Paperback)

Paperback. Zustand: new. Paperback. Warlord fan-favourite Union Jack Jackson is back in his own graphic novel!Launched as a story paper in Hotspur in 1957, the US Marine who was really a British Royal Marine, became a sensation in DC Thomsons Warlord comics, with his Union-Jacked helmet gracing the very first cover over fifty years ago in 1974. Then, in 2019, UJJ burst from the sea once more in Britains longestserving war comic, Commando. Appearing for the first time since 1991, alongside his steadfast mates, Sean OBannion and Sergeant Lonningon, the Limey charges at enemy-held islands and goes head-to-head with Japanese snipers alongside awestruck US marines, eager to get their own piece of the action. If there was one thing the Yanks respected it was guts, and Jack Jackson had that in spades!Collecting his Commando reboot issues, original Hotspur chapters and his Warlord debut, this graphic novel packs a real punch with over 200-pages of highoctane comic artwork. Union Jack Jackson returns in a 200-page action-packed graphic novel! The legendary US Marine who was truly a British Royal Marine, first appeared in Hotspur (1957) and Warlord (1974), then made a triumphant comeback in Commando (2019). As always, he battles across the Pacific in explosive tales of grit and heroism. Shipping may be from our Sydney, NSW warehouse or from our UK or US warehouse, depending on stock availability.
