Dr Tina Heath is a transpersonal psychologist with more than 30 years of experience working with human behaviour, emotional healing and the mind body connection. Her work integrates hypnotherapy, neurolinguistics, Meta Medicine techniques and deep therapeutic exploration.

Tina believes that what the mind can believe, the body can achieve. Her Slim for Life philosophy is based on emotional balance, calm focus and the understanding that lasting weight release begins within.
