Über die Autorin bzw. den Autor

Sarah Duff is a proud mum, gran, author, teacher, and explorer of the vast, interconnected nature of existence. Her work is raw, fresh, and thought-provoking―blending Spirience (spirit and science) with an unflinching honesty that challenges perceptions and invites deep reflection. Having experienced the transformative force of Kundalini awakening, both spontaneously and through dedicated practice, she weaves her insights into writing and teaching that provokes, inspires and disrupts the ordinary. Her journey―marked by profound loss, freedom, self-love, and an abiding reverence for life―shapes an evolving creative expression. She navigates reality with trust, recognising the multiverse of human experience and the unseen currents that guide us. Whether immersing herself in the icy embrace of a river, sitting in silence, or engaging with those who can truly hear, she continues to explore the mysteries of existence with courage, curiosity, and a quiet peace. Sarah also stars in WildWater, a film documentary that dives into the wild water swimming community at England’s highest beach, capturing the raw power, freedom, and connection found in cold water. Her writing is not about answers but discovery―raw, abstract, edgy, and often laced with humour. She does not claim to know anything, yet her work resonates with those seeking something beyond the surface. She calls the magnificent, nameless force that moves through it all: God.
