Short stories are pests.
They skitter into your day, dart under your thoughts, and refuse to leave until you notice them. Fables, parables, poems—they’re small, sly, persistent, and often more useful than they first appear. In a world that never slows down, they offer a moment to pause, reflect, and carry a tiny spark.
This project is my own gathering of those skittering sparks: small, insistent stories that I hope will stick.
