Inhaltsangabe

"The garden that once was still haunts my dreams and no season will ever be the same again ... " When Ceri and her brothers move to Fern Cottage in the small North Wiltshire village of Little Somerford, they discover a place unchanged by modern life. The kitchen garden is a riot of fruit trees and vegetables, and the old farming family next door still works the land with horses. This is a community full of character, and slowly the life and beauty of Little Somerford steals into Ceri's heart ... A beautiful memoir full of the people and magic of Little Somerford in the 1950s and 60s
