Über die Autorin bzw. den Autor

Gary Crotaz is a former medical doctor and scientist, turned consultant, turned professional ballroom dancer (representing England at the World Ballroom Dancing Championships), turned Group Strategy Director to two global retail giants, turned leading coach to global executives, entrepreneurs and UHNWIs.
High performance and change are in his DNA. Over the past two decades, he has developed a tried-and-tested approach that helps people who are unhappy in their jobs, who have lost their sense of purpose, are striving for ambitious goals or are just wondering what to do next. The IDEA Mindset shows you how you can discover your Identity, Direction, Engagement and Authenticity to shape your ideal future working life.
A Gallup-Certified Strengths Coach, member of the International Coaching Federation, Henley Business School-certified, Cambridge graduate and amateur pianist, Gary has coached clients in more than 15 countries and specialises in activating talents and strengths to help his clients achieve ambitious personal and professional goals.
