Über die Autorinnen und Autoren

Joshua Siegel is an exciting, dynamic, performance poet and children's entertainer. He won the Laugh Out Loud Book Award in 2020. He is also an experienced, sought-after workshop leader and educator who uses poetry to inspire people of all ages and abilities. He likes llamas, lemurs and Lhasa Apsos (a type of fluffy dog from Tibet). He dislikes yoghurt, goats’ cheese and raisins. If he wasn’t a poet, he’d probably be a food critic.

Neal Zetter is a London-based comedy performance poet, author and entertainer who has been using poetry writing and performance to develop literacy, confidence, self-expression and creativity in 3 to 103 year-olds for more than twenty years. Neal makes poetry fun and accessible for the least engaged students but can also stretch and challenge the most able. Neal lives in London.

Zoe Williams graduated from Bath Spa University in 2022 with an honours degree in English Literature and Publishing. Scared?, published by Troika in 2022, was Zoe’s first published work of illustrations. An aspiring artist from day one, Zoe could always be found drawing, creating, and thinking about new ideas. She received a sixth-form arts scholarship, which inspired her to illustrate stories herself, focusing on her love of drawing by creating quirky characters and scenarios. Zoe is now at Bristol studying for a Master’s in graphic arts. Zoe plans to pursue a career as a freelance illustrator and hopes to contribute to more books in future.
