Über die Autorin bzw. den Autor

Geraint Goodwin was born in Llanwchaearn, Montomeryshire, in 1903, and was educated in Tywyn. In 1923 he moved to London as a journalist, and in 1930 he began treatment for tuberculosis. He married in 1932, and published his first book, Call Back Yesterday, in 1935, and his novel, The Heyday in the Blood, in 1936. He and his wife moved to Corris in 1938, and he underwent further treatment for tuberculosis in a sanitarium in Talgarth. He died at the age of thirty-eight in 1941.
