Über die Autorin bzw. den Autor

Harriet Knock is currently a stay at home Mum to her two toddlers, grasping the opportunity to follow her dream. Finally with enough time to dedicate to her passion of writing, she is able to share the story of her battle through mental health problems, and the victory of recovery, through emotive poetry. It is a dream come true to have her first book published, something she never imagined would become a reality. Harriet says: "If we share our stories we can inspire others, Harriet is passionate about raising mental health awareness and hopes this book will be able to provide hope and comfort, while shining a light on the topics often left in the dark. Together we can break the stigma around mental health problems, raise awareness and encourage people to fight, seek support and begin the road to recovery."
