This is a true story of a young man, full of zest for adventure, who became a Rescuer mainly in the Mountains and Hills of the Lake District and the Mountains of Scotland.

He then continued to rescue and save lives as a Paramedic both on the ground and in the Air Ambulance.

The book tells stories of some of his many rescues but also relates to the number of near misses and brushes with death he has experienced himself, during his numerous exploits.
