Über die Autorin bzw. den Autor

Christiane Gruber is professor of Islamic Art at the University of Michigan, Ann Arbor. Her primary field of research include Islamic book arts, figural painting, depictions of the Prophet Muhammad. She is the author of The Praiseworthy One: The Prophet Muhammad in Islamic Texts and Images.
