She has selected ingredients, colours and flavours to harness the power of his poetry. She and Guy spent much of their married life entertaining. Over 80 photographs accompany Guy's poetry across water, land and wood. Consuelo's dishes range from black ink risotto, black beetroot soup to brightly coloured salads and fruits.
