When I was first given a copy of the book the busy vibrant cover didn t convince me that the ADHD brain would manage the content. How wrong was I. The colourful images, cartoon characters and fun storyline engaged the young people in our centre and enabled them to discuss their diagnosis openly. Astra is spending the afternoon with her friends, but while they are happy to relax and play board games, she just can't sit still!
