Patricia Ikiriko has a passion for helping young people discover their unique and hidden potential to fulfil their destiny, determine exactly who they are and what they want, by setting clear, measurable, and achievable goals. She helps them to create a strategic plan as a signpost to their destination, and develop confidence in themselves, along with the qualities of consistence, persistence; and to remain focussed to accomplish their dream. Her inspiration for helping in this way was developed as she watched many young people she had contact with in her profession go through life with no vision and goals, and instead get involved with crime. She vowed to do something to help them take charge of their lives, and to learn how to develop the right decision making and goal setting skills, a healthy mindset, to believe in possibility, and to cultivate adequate habits through creating an action plan and diligently adhering to these plans to attain greatness. Moreover, she knows the best medium for reaching young people and has written this book to accomplish this goal. She believes this is the means that will carry these ideas and information to many in this generation.
