Über die Autorin bzw. den Autor

Consulting Editor Thomas J Dimitroff specialises in structuring and negotiating complex cross-border oil and gas transactions. He worked for BP plc for 10 years as a member of the core negotiating teams that delivered the Baku-Tbilisi-Ceyhan and South Caucasus pipelines. Since leaving BP, Mr Dimitroff has worked on a variety of large-scale cross-border oil and gas pipeline developments and upstream acquisitions on behalf of project development companies and private equity funds. He has advised governments in complex oil, gas and related infrastructure negotiations, and has provided global extractive companies with comprehensive assessments on social impact and governance risks.
