Über die Autorin bzw. den Autor

Consulting Editor Paul Q Watchman is co-chair of Dewy & LeBoeuf's global environmental, health and safety practise group and the leader of its climate change group. His practise involves advising on the development of carbon projects under the Kyoto Protocol, carbon capture and storage projects and green buildings, as well as emissions trading. He has advised major energy and oil and gas clients, insurance companies and financial institutions on climate change litigation. He also has a wide-ranging practise in environmental, planning and regulatory issues, and a keen interest in corporate social responsibility, human rights and business practises.
