Ouch! - Behavioural Safety Between the Sheets of Paper - Softcover

Inhaltsangabe

Behavioural Safety is the hand that fits inside the Health & Safety glove. Why are they separate? Because Behavioural Safety should occur regardless of paperwork, laws or regulations. The converse is, well, an empty glove. A safe head is safer than a safe hat. A huge amount has been written about Health & Safety, all of it designed to make us live healthier and safer lives. This book is a welcome addition because it is not written by a theorist, professional or consultant. It is written by an ‘ordinary’ guy with huge practical experience who sees and hears it as it is. The author draws on this experience and the examples he uses will resonate with us all. It is a no nonsense, practical and simple guide to changing the way we think and behave, to make us and others more aware of the hazards we face, and more capable and willing to overcome them.
