Author Bob Pixton brings readers the latest in his successful series of railway titles, outlining the Cheshire Railway Lines. Bob Pixton is the author of several pictorial histories, four having been published previously by Kestrel. These have covered the various lines between Liverpool and Manchester and the Great Western lines around Stratford-upon-Avon. Originally from the northwest, Bob now lives with his wife in Swindon, where he recently retired from teaching.
