Gillian Pugh's career includes Chief Executive of Coram Family, chair of the National Children's Bureau, President of the National Childminding Association, and a vice President of Early Education. She is also a visiting Professor at the Institute of Education and has advised governments internationally on policies for children and families, and has published widely.
