This unique practice tends not to act for developers, insurance companies or retirement funds - or any organisation where the primary motive for development is finance. Nearly all of their projects evolve from practical need, where quality and functionality are the prime driving forces. Although a relatively small company, Turnberry Consulting is able to influence major projects in terms of direction and approach. Turnberry's main activities cover development strategy, town planning and real estate, with project managers taking a crucial role.
