Über die Autorinnen und Autoren

Craig Edney has been in the hospitality industry for more than 20 years and has opened bars and run events all over the world, including in Miami, New York, Sydney, Singapore, Ghana, and Bangkok. He has provided bespoke bar solutions for David Beckham and Hugh Grant, ran the bars at the GQ Man of the Year Awards 2009, and works closely with Jamie Oliver to consult and train bar staff at his Italian restaurants as they open across the world.


Craig Edney has been at the sharp end of the hospitality industry for more than twenty years, building up an outstanding pedigree at the very top of the industry. He has opened bars and run events all over the world, from New York to Miami, from Sydney to Singapore. Craig founded and manages Hydromel Ltd, one of the UK's leading mobile cocktail bar specialists and has provided award-winning bespoke cocktail bars to a host of stars and celebrities.
