Über die Autorin bzw. den Autor

Editor, Val Horsler has had a career in publishing for over thirty years and was, until recently, Head of Publishing at English Heritage. She now concentrates on writing and editing books in the fields of history and heritage. Her most recent books include Girton: Thirty Years in the Life of a Cambridge College, Downe House: A Mystery and a Miracle and Eastbourne College: A Celebration. Advisory Editor: Professor Sir John Baker is the Downing Professor of the Laws of England at the University of Cambridge. A pre-eminent legal historian, he is Literary Editor of the Seldon Society, an Honorary Queen's Counsel and a Fellow of the British Academy.
