Über die Autorin bzw. den Autor

Kris Gledhill is a barrister and senior lecturer in law at the University of Auckland, New Zealand. His practice covers criminal appeals and public law and his research interests are mental health law, prison law, human rights law and comparative criminal law. He is editor of the Mental Health Law Reports and the Prison Law Reports and author of Mental health tribunals: essential cases (2009) (all published by Southside Legal Publishing). Kris is also on the board of directors of the Association of Commonwealth Criminal Lawyers.
