Professor Nancy M Dixon is Associate Professor of Administrative Sciences at The George Washington University, Washington DC. She has served as a consultant to numerous companies including Unisys, Lockheed, General Aircraft Engines, IBM, FAA, Whirlpool, Nippon Telegraph and Telephone Corporation, Japan. Her book The Organizational Learning Cycle was described by David Kolb as the best book on organizational learning he had read.
