McGivney Emeritus Professor of Moral Theology at the Pontifical John Paul II Institute for Studies on Marriage and Family at The Catholic University of America in Washington, DC. He has edited two books with St. Augustine’s Press, Battle for the Catholic Mind and After 40 Years: Vatican Council II’s Diverse Legacy.

Kenneth D. Whitehead is a former career diplomat and federal government official who completed his federal career as an Assistant Secretary of Education in the Reagan Administration. He has written or edited seven books with St. Augustine’s Press including: Marriage the Common Good, Mass Misunderstandings: The Mixed Legacy of the Vatican II Liturgical Reforms, The Church, Marriage and the Family, The Catholic Imagination, Battle for the Catholic Mind, After 40 Years: Vatican Council II’s Diverse Legacy, and Voices of the New Springtime: The Life and Work of the Catholic Church in the 21st Century.
