Nine poets have been meeting monthly for many years at the Unitarian Universalist Congregation center in Duluth, Minnesota. Those who desire bring copies of a poem to share with the group. Poems are read, workshopped, and discussed with much seriousness as well as humor. The poets share their personal struggles, family stories and more. The poems in this book were shared at these meetings and represent the results of intensive scrutiny and polishing.
