Developed through a joint partnership between Prufrock Press Inc. and the National Association for Gifted Children, this book will serve as a valuable reference for anyone involved in gifted and talented staff development. Staff development is an integral part of teaching and learning. Facilitators for gifted programs must be able to plan, implement, and evaluate staff development experiences for a variety of school personnel and support-role groups. This book teaches them how. It acts as a nuts and bolts guide, saving hours of time and effort.
