�ber die Autorin bzw. den Autor

David W. Lange is Director of Research for Numismatic Guaranty Corporation in Sarasota, Florida. A long-time numismatic researcher and writer, Dave has been a columnist for the American Numismatic Association�s monthly journal, Numismatist, since 1988.

He has also written hundreds of feature articles and columns for a wide variety of numismatic publications, and these have been honored with awards from the American Numismatic Association and the Numismatic Literary Guild.

His other books in this series include The Complete Guide to Lincoln Cents and The Complete Guide to Buffalo Nickels. Additional titles by David W. Lange include History of the U.S. Mint and Its Coinage, The Official Red Book of Modern United States Proof Sets and NGC Grading Guide for Modern U.S. Coins, the latter co-authored with Richard S. Montgomery.
