Terry R. Lowe has enjoyed a 27-year career in the health insurance industry. He is currently Superintendant of Life/Health Claims Training for State Farm Insurance. He is the author and editor of numerous health insurance industry publications and is an adjunct professor of insurance and business courses.

The contributing authors all have extensive experience in the health insurance industry and bring a practical, real-world perspective to the subject.
