Inhaltsangabe

"Are you fed-up with glossy cookbooks that promise all and deliver nothing? With elaborate recipes which exasperate you before they reach the table? The solution lies in Prue Coats' recipes which can, above all, be relied on. They are designed for the busy working person, and while some of her recipes are traditional ones, she always give them her own interpretation, an inspired 'twist' that will appeal to the modern cook, seeking good flavours and attractive presentation.

Prue shows you how to make simple but delicious meals, how to choose the best in-season country ingredients and to transform them into really good, attractive dishes. Not only is she recognised as one of Britain's most accomplished game cooks, but she has a marvellous understanding of the whole range of exciting country fare."
