The eastern side of Peak District is home to one of the most iconic climbing locations in the country. Stretching for 30 miles from Wharncliffe, north of Sheffield, to Shining Cliff, south of Matlock is the world-famous gritstone. The main focus is the classic edges, including the ever-popular Stanage, Froggatt, Curbar and Birchen.
