Terry Durack's weekly restaurant review in the Sydney Morning Herald is unmissable and makes him the most widely read restaurant critic in Australia. He contributes to several international journals and guides such as Fodor's International and American Food and Wine and wrote a regular column in the Independent on Sunday in London. He is the author of Yum and Noodle, co-author of Hot Food Cool Jazz and Allegro Al Dente (the best selling cookbook and CD combinations) and co-editor of the Sydney Morning Herald Good Food Guide.
