Catherine Burrows had a successful career in marketing, but had always written as a hobby. After a career break to have children, she now writes professionally, and has had features published in Take A Break, the Guardian and the Weekly news among others. She currently runs a creative writing school in Dartford. catherine suffered from postnatal depression herself, and felt she had to write the book which wasn't available for her.
