Über die Autorin bzw. den Autor
Peter Malpass is Professor of Housing Policy and Head of the School of Housing and Urban Studies at the University of the West of England, Bristol, UK. Liz Cairncross was a lecturer in the Department of Planning at Oxford Brookes University, UK, and is now Senior Research Associate at Picker Institute Europe.
