On 7 October 2001, husband-and-wife team Debra and Andrew Veal set off from Tenerife in a rowing boat called Troika Transatlantic. They were the only mixed pair taking part in the Ward Evans Transatlantic Rowing Challenge. Prior to rowing the Atlantic, Debra set up The Well Hung Art Company on the Internet and became its managing director. Debra has remained in as MD of her company, but she now has a taste for adventure and is planning further adventures.
