Ann Gillanders is an internationally acclaimed authority on reflexology. Originally trained in the method developed by Eunice Ingham - the founder of modern reflexology - Ann has played a major role in promoting reflexology as a credible natural therapy in Europe and the UK. Ann has been treating patients and training therapists in reflexology for over 20 years. As Principal of the British School of Reflexology she is well known for her television and radio broadcasts on reflexology and natural healing. Her best-selling book Reflexology: A Step-by-Step Guide has sold over half a million copies worldwide. She has also written The Family Guide to Reflexology (both published by Gaia Books).
