Über die Autorin bzw. den Autor
Jekka McVicar has spent over 20 years growing herbs. She started her own nursery in 1987 and now sells over a quarter of a million plants each season. She began exhibiting at flower shows in 1991 and has now won 30 Royal Horticultural Society gold medals. Jekka has appeared on the BBC's Gardeners' World and lectures all over the UK. Her previous books include Jekka's Complete Herb Book and Seeds: the ultimate guide to growing successfully from seed, as well as assorted herb kits (The Cottage Garden Herb Kit, The Medicinal Herb Kit, The Aromatic Herb Kit, The Culinary Herb Kit), all published by Kyle Cathie.
